One ledger

Every share, option, and SAFE, always reconciled.

Shares, ISO and NSO options with the $100K split, RSAs, RSUs, SAFEs, notes, warrants, LLC units, and tokens on one transaction ledger with as-of-date views.

A cap table that is always right

Every change is a transaction with an actor, a timestamp, and a reason. Corrections keep history. Splits, repricing, transfers, and cancellations recompute everything downstream.

Built for the AI era

Ask your cap table anything. Approve every change.

An OAuth-protected connector for Claude and ChatGPT, an in-app assistant that proposes changes for approval, plus a REST API, webhooks, and HRIS sync.

An assistant that does the work, never the deciding

It reads the ledger, the 409A, and plan availability, drafts grants and consents, and hands you a proposal. Nothing changes on the cap table until an admin approves it.

Capable answers the questions founders ask first

What is Capable?+

Capable is the cap table management platform founders use from pre-seed to IPO. It records every share, option, SAFE, note and warrant, computes vesting and fully diluted ownership as of any date, models rounds, runs a stakeholder portal, and exports to Excel and Open Cap Table Format. Circo, Inc. operates it from San Carlos, California.

How much does Capable cost?+

Startup is $1,200 a year or $120 a month. Growth is $3,500 a year or $350 a month. Both include unlimited stakeholders, annual billing costs ten months, and the price is held for as long as you stay subscribed.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every company gets a 14-day free trial with everything unlocked, or 30 days when you import an existing cap table. No card is needed to start. Subscribe during the trial and your card is charged only when the trial ends. After the trial the cap table is read-only until you choose a plan; exports and stakeholder portals always stay open.

What does Growth add over Startup?+

Native e-signature, board and stockholder approvals, Form 3921, Rule 701 and 83(b) tracking, exercise requests with payment, custom reports, and HRIS sync.

Can I bring an existing cap table?+

Yes. Upload an export from your current cap table software, a spreadsheet or an Open Cap Table Format file. Capable maps the columns, rebuilds vesting and reconciles against the source totals before you commit, and your signed documents come across too. Or send us the files and we migrate you for free within 24 hours.

Do I need to talk to sales?+

No. Sign up, start the free trial and subscribe from Billing inside the app. Upgrading, switching between monthly and annual, invoices and cancelling are all self-serve.

Is my data locked in?+

No. Export the full cap table to Excel, CSV, certificate PDFs and Open Cap Table Format at any time, including after a subscription ends. You cancel from inside the app.

Run your equity on Capable.

14-day free trial with everything unlocked and no card, or 30 days when you import an existing cap table. Unlimited stakeholders, and your price is held while you stay.
